HOW TO USE

How to use your Hazemor

Setup takes about a minute. Here's everything from your first session to folding it away.

SETUP

Set up in about a minute

Five steps from carry bag to steam. Takes about as long as reading this.

STEP 01

Unfold the sauna

Take the sauna out of its carry bag, release the strap and lift. The semi-automatic frame springs open — make sure each side is fully extended and locked in place.

STEP 02

Place & connect the steamer

Set the steamer on a flat, stable floor outside the tent, close to a standard outlet. Connect the steam hose to the steamer and to the sauna's steam inlet.

STEP 03

Add water

Fill the tank to the marked max line. Hot water gives you steam in about 2 minutes; room-temperature tap water takes 6–8 minutes.

STEP 04

Power on & set your session

Plug in and switch on. Use the remote to set the timer and steam level — you can adjust both from inside.

STEP 05

Step in and relax

Lay down the floor mat, place the folding chair inside, step in and zip the door. Breathe, sweat, unwind.

TIPS

Your first session

Start short

Begin with 10–15 minutes and build up to about 20 as your body gets used to the heat.

Hydrate

Drink a glass of water before and after every session. Keep one within reach.

Find your level

Start on a lower steam level and turn it up gradually. Humid heat feels warmer than dry heat.

Cool down slowly

Step out, sit for a few minutes, then take a lukewarm shower. No rush.

Listen to your body

Feeling dizzy, lightheaded or unwell? Step out right away and cool down.

Make it a ritual

Same time, same place: a short daily session is easier to keep than a long weekly one.

HEAT + LIGHT

Adding the red light

Have the Hazemor Red & Near-Infrared Light? Here's how to add it to your routine. Learn about the light

1 · Position the light

[Add placement / mounting instructions for the Hazemor Red & Near-Infrared Light.]

2 · Steam first

Start your steam session as usual and let the heat build.

3 · Switch on the light

[Add recommended light-session length and distance.]

4 · Relax & recover

Steam → Red Light → Relax → Recover — all in one private space.

CARE

Clean & store in a few minutes

Squeegee the walls

Use the included squeegee to clear condensation from the inside walls.

Air it out

Leave the door open for 15–30 minutes so the fabric can dry.

Empty the steamer

Unplug, let it cool, empty the tank and leave it open to dry.

Fold & store

Fold the frame back down, strap it and slide it into the carry bag — or leave it up for tomorrow.

SAFETY

Safety first

  • Read the user manual before your first session and keep it for reference.
  • Talk to your doctor before using a sauna if you are pregnant, have a heart, blood-pressure or other medical condition, or take medication.
  • Don't use the sauna after drinking alcohol, on a full stomach, or if you feel unwell.
  • Keep sessions moderate (start with 10–15 minutes) and stay hydrated.
  • Children must never use the sauna unsupervised; keep pets away from the steamer.
  • Always place the steamer outside the tent on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface; never cover it or touch the steam outlet during use.
  • Never leave the sauna running unattended. Unplug the steamer after every session and let it cool before emptying.
  • Use only in a dry, ventilated room, and keep the power cable away from water.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Troubleshooting

Steam is taking a long time to start

Fill the tank with hot water for the fastest start (about 2 minutes). With cold tap water, allow 6–8 minutes. Check that the hose is firmly connected at both ends.

The steamer won't switch on

Check that it's plugged into a working outlet, switched on and filled with enough water. If it still doesn't start, unplug it and contact us at info@hazemor.com.

Steam is escaping around the hose

Re-seat the hose at the steamer and at the sauna's steam inlet so both connections are snug.

I notice a smell the first time I use it

A light 'new product' smell is normal at first. Run a short preheat with the door open, then air the sauna out — it fades quickly.

The frame doesn't stay fully open

Make sure every side is fully extended and locked. Don't force the joints; fold it back down and open it again following the steps in the manual.

There's water on the floor mat after a session

Some condensation is normal with a steam sauna. Squeegee the walls after use and let the mat and fabric dry fully before folding.
